CAB Collective Dinner with Winemakers
The winemakers of the Paso Robles CAB Collective invite you to join them for fun evening filled with bold red Bordeaux varietal wines, current releases and library, and the amazing culinary creations of Chef Kurt Metzger at Thomas Hill Organics, Monday, January 7. The evening begins at 6:00 pm with a reception, followed by dinner curated specifically for these wines. Tickets, $80, are limited and reservations are required.
Turley Wine Cellars & Woodfire Pizza
Whether you are just getting into town or you are participating in a Tech tour, join Christina Turley and & winemaker Karl Wicka of Turley Wine Cellars on Monday evening to kick the week off right. We’ll take a tasting tour through some of our historic vineyards throughout California including Paso Robles, Napa Valley, Howell Mountain, Lodi, and more. Spencer Johnston of Danior Kitchen will provide comfort food from our wood fired oven paired with Turley’s Zinfandel & Petite Syrah. Cost is $45pp.
